I recently went to another dealership in Tennessee and they excessively ran my credit score down by 100 points. We needed a second car to get around and Dannie Sanders did an awesome job at finding me beyond what I wanted. I'm purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Equinox in which I love. I got approved within a day and knew exactly what was what. The Finance manager Holly offered me everything I needed and the paperwork was the fastest process I have ever experienced in my 20 years of driving. The owner Mike worked with me to make sure i received everything that I needed and wanted. Even after I made the purchase I received a goodie box filled with a thank you card, cookies and Triple M coffee mugs. I have never had this experience ever with any other dealership. This is by far the greatest I've ever had. I will definitely be back to purchase all of my vehicles from them.

For service, Triple M will get the job done well. It may be a little more expensive than the mom and pop repair shops, but the service consultants are friendly and the mechanics seem to know what they're doing. Have been happy with the service provided here. They're a Chevy/GM dealership, but do work on other, non-GM vehicles as well.
