Mr Talbert was very quick to respond! I called at one in the morning to get my son out of jail. Mr Talbert was at the jail in 15 minutes. His office is beside the jail and very convient. I could not have asked for a more polite, effecient, and respectful person to help my family in a time of need. Not to mention at one in the morning!
