I am a long term frequent customer of McDonald's in Carthage NC,until Sunday September 4 2011 placed my order it was not correct on the screen so I repeated it when I got to the window to pay the order and price were wrong the guy at the window corrected it and I drove up to the window to pay the girl at the window said the order on the screen was 4 dollars and some change I said that's not right I just paid 7 dollars and some Change she asked for a reciept I thought it was given to me but it wasn't a girl came out I think her name was Eboni she came out with the wrong order that I had corrected twice I told her that was not what I order and that I had paid 7 dollar and some change for my food not 4 and some change well Eboni informed me that they just can't give away free food I find very disrespectful i think Eboni should be better trained in how better to communicate better with the public, high five for the manager who came out and gave me a refund that I requested
