A lot has changed since 2011 so as the most recent manager and tenant since June of 2014 I thought I would write a review myself. We have had new energy efficient windows installed in all of the apartments, including new sliding glass doors for those apartments that have a balcony. We have had new energy efficient hot water tanks put into all of the building to help improve on the hot water distribution as well as the cost to us. We have the common areas cleaned on a weekly basis. My wife has taken over the position of mowing the lawn and she has become very proficient and shows great pride in this job as you'll be able to see when you come check out our apartments. Also we have installed drift barriers for this coming winter to help stop the wind from pummeling the side walks with snow 30 minutes after they are cleared. Each year we have been installing composite decking on more of our balcony’s as to add to the aesthetics of the place. We have also retrofitted building 1 with cameras that cover the majority of the property for your piece of mind. We have had the parking lots resealed and have added an over flow parking area for those with more than 2 cars and for those going away for awhile. We now have a basketball hoop and have plans to add to our other outdoor accommodations. This past year we not only added Wi-Fi to building 2 but we also switched to Single Stream recycling which makes it more convenient for our tenants as well as ourself because now you can put all of your recyclables into one container instead of 4. I wish I could select NO STARS! I went to see this apartment complex and the owner was a "[INSERT PROFANITY HERE]" She was creepy like a used car salesman pushing it on me. My buddy is a resident and told me the manager himself was a cool guy and has taken care of what he could but the utility bills are crazy in the winter and the owner dosent care about fixing the problems heating his apartment. the one i saw looked like it had the same windows and problems.
