This is a terrible FedEx. I have never known anyone who has had a good experience shipping from this FedEx because of the nasty and unpleasant woman who works there. She has absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever, and for some reason seems compelled to make a rude comment to each and every one of her customers. She makes you feel as if you are wasting her time and patience by forcing her to actually do her job. Tonight I tried shipping a care package to a member of the armed forces currently deployed in Afghanistan, but, as usual, the woman working there made no move to help me with my package and after waiting for what seemed like forever I finally informed her that the employees at the UPS store are always very friendly and helpful and that I would be taking my business there. I will never use this FedEx again and am willing to drive miles out of my way to go to UPS. The convenience of this FedEx does not nearly make up for being treated so shabbily.
