Very greasy and arrived cold, order for a birthday party. We were told 30-45 min which was fine because the Cary,IL location is only a mile down the road. I called after 50 min looking for our order and was told they were too busy and it would be out as soon as it can. Needless to say having 10 kids at a birthday party asking for the food is not fun. I called back after and hour and asked to speak to a manager, the manager was extremely rude to me, called me a liar and they NEVER say it only takes 30-45min. Again said they were just too busy and wouldn't do anything to satisfy me then hung up on me. After 1 hr and 15 min I called back again to ask where the pizza was and the manager said the driver left 15min ago. It doesn't take that long to walk and deliver it. I WILL NEVER give Rosati's my business again after how inconsiderate and rudely I was treated.
