I gave them a vacuum cleaner under warranty for inspection (they are an authorized dealer for warranty nearby home). They did not find anything but they charged me 60 USD for filter cleaning. Normally they should have asked for approval before proceeding (and I would not have agreed) it is 40% of the vaccum price!! Their excuse: I have tried to call but I could not read the number on the repair ticket!! (so why wouldn't they wait the customer to come back before doing unplanned work??)
