Cary Car Care is AWESOME! It is hard to find a good car repair that you can trust--but Cary Car Care will make sure that your car is repaired and/or running like new when you leave their shop! They also will be upfront and honest about the exact problem with your car and the cost to get it fixed! They are very professional and care about their customers! I will definitely continue to bring my car back to Cary Car Care and recommend them to friends and family!

When we moved from the DC area to Cary 10 years ago, our realtor recommended Cary Car Care. They are BY FAR, the BEST automotive care business we've ever dealt with (and my father was career Air Force so I've lived in a LOT of places!)! Most importantly, they are HONEST! If you don't know anything about cars, you will NOT be taken advantage of! Secondly, they treat each "car case" and its owner differently (in a GOOD way). For example, if you tell them that you'd like to do the cheapest thing possible to fix an old car even if it might not permanently fix it, they'll try that 1st. They don't just automatically tell you you need a new fuel pump (or other major part) w/out 1st changing the filter, if that's the kind of approach you want. If you're a person who can't take the risk of trying an "iffy" solution, they'll FIX it. And if they say it's fixed and you are not satisfied, they will fix it at no extra charge. I have never owned a new car. I have always driven 10-year-old clunkers and if it were not for Cary Car Care I would not feel safe in my clunkers. Last thing(s), everyone at Cary Car Care is SUPER nice; they keep excellent records of your car's care on the computer; the place is so clean you could eat off the garage floor, AND, they have a welcoming lobby complete with a candy dish, coffee, the daily newspaper and good magazines. (You could live in their lobby and it might be a step up from your current living situation! But please, don't move there!)

p.s. When my parents had to get rid of one of their 2 cars, we drove BOTH cars from the DC area to Cary Car Care to ask them to decide which car was the better car to keep. THAT'S how much our family respects the opinions of the mechanics and owner of Cary Car Care, and (oh, yeah), I am NOT related to anyone there, nor am I benefiting from expressing my opinion in any way. I just want to take this simple step in hopes of making life easier for others.

I have been a customer for 8+ years. I have always received the best service and have always been treated with respect. I would recommend this care car center to anyone.
