My car was towed from an Apt complex a few nights ago. It was permit parking and I was unaware, I called and told them that I would have to get the money. They told me to call before I left, and they would meet me at the shop. I called, they met me. They were not as what every review has read. There is a sign hanging in the office that says if attitude is shown, the prices will go up. I didn't witness the prices going up, I did witness the person after me showing his rear-end to the owner being disrespectful and rude, the owner dished it right back. Its like anywhere else, if you are a pain and being rude, good luck getting any help or understanding. The apt complexes hire these companies to do a job, they do their job. Its not the tow companies fault you got towed, its your own, park how your supposed to.

Be AWARE. This is a one man business, no office business hours. your car will be lockedup at the mercy of the tow driver.

Colt Land Towing has terrble customer servie and empathy for people. You have to wait two hours for them two show up their yard for you to recorver your vehicle. The WORST in Raleigh.
