I will never use this company again or would I recommend anyone else use them. Dellie Hinton set a plan for my parents and did not follow through with making sure it was done. My parents are 87 years old and need minor assistance with keeping things straightened up and changing depends. On several occasions on visits with my parents in the middle of the day I found several depends on the floor that were urine soaked in the bedroom and bathroom. I was assured by Mrs Hinton the care takers were doing their job and my parents need additional assistance. I sent pictures of the depends on the floor and told Mrs Hinton the care takers were not doing what they were paid to do. Mrs Hinton replied and I quote:

I have no words to respond with at this time. I really hope the new company works out for your parents.
