This place is merely a luxury living as they advertise. Just an average place good enough to stay for a short while. Maintenance people are very friendly and helpful, but management people do not seem to be that well trained to solve even simplest problems.

Please be advised the the management at the reserve will never tell you the truth but rather state falsehoods. The noise level in the complex is horrendous and the overall appearance is quite poor and dirty.WE moved in 4/20/2013 and within 1 month-our ac unit was out for 2 weeks; the ice maker had to be replaced; the microwave was replaced and the dryer was replaced after trying to fix it. This place was 6 years old so this shows lack over overall general maintenance. THE MAINTENANCE CREW AND THE LEASING STAFF HAVE BEEN FRIENDLY AND COMPETENT. THE PROBLEM IS THE MANAGEMENT(very condescending and lackadaisical)-So everyone knows-WE PAID OUR RENT 5 DAYS BEFORE THE 1ST-never late no complaints against us. They are PAST due in returning our Security deposit by 1 month. All calls to other area managers, a regional manager and corporate all have been ignored.

If you are unfortunate to move-in, you will observe a constant number of moving trucks every week-people moving out and in. By the way, after our 15 months was up, they raised our rent $150 per month.
