I love this place. I used to just go when we were in the mall, but now I find myself hopping in there to grab a coffee or a mocha instead of Starbucks. I would go to the Starbucks located outside all the time, but I got tired of the rude service and really bad coffee. I am addicted to their whole bean coffee as well. The easiest way in is either through the food court or right through J.C. Penny's. I have actually found that even when I am in a rush, I can usually get into the Gloria Jeans and back into my car long before I would have made it through the Starbucks drive through. I know some people have to have their Starbucks all the time, but if you really do enjoy the taste of coffee and outstanding customer service, hit Gloria Jeans instead.



PS: Try the Caramel Apple Latte drink they have now. The girl working their suggested it as something new to try and I AM HOOKED!
