I called to make my annual appointment. When appointment was set I was not told "you will be seeing Dr Schoning at date and time". So I verified I will be seeing Dr Schoning. At this point I was told he retired. I checked the Internet and he has started his own practice. Lie 1. Stopped in today to get my records (the same ones that were found when I made appointment) they could not be found-hmmm. I mentioned that the doctor had not retired and then was told it would be against the law for her to tell me where he went. Lie 2, there are no laws like this. I called corporate and they found my records right away. I cannot trust a place that tries to switch doctors on you without telling you and lies to you on top of it. No credibility for the doctors, the products or the My Eye Doctor corporation.
