The store is better than most. It as nice clothes for low prices and is organized. Everyone was nice and helped me take my pack and play and stroller out to my car with a smile

This store is fantastic! They have a great selection. I can always find what I need, and then some. The staff is friendly and helpful. I was looking for a pack and play and they showed me how to take it down and about the features. Selling my clothes is super easy, since I do not need an appointment. I just bring in my items, and they go through it. Usually they are finished with my clothes before I am done with my shopping. I recommend this store to all my friends and family.

this place is extremely dirty. I took my sons clothing there to sell (name brands) and the lady didn't even go through the entire bin. she took out 10 shirts and offered me $9.95...guess i will stick to kid to kid, much better, very friendly and CLEAN! would not suggest wasting your time at this location!

While this store has some great finds at good prices, I dread it everytime I have to go there. I have to make sure someone can watch my daughter because a stroller can not fit through the aisles. When it is crowded, you have to ask people to move if you are trying to get through the aisle. People are usually nice about it, but I hate asking for them to move. The employees behind the counter are sometimes rude. I've heard them say negative things about customers and even the people they work with. I totally agree with the other review, they will tell you one thing, then next time you come in they tell you something else. It seems like they have no set policies and procedures. I think it is a franchise, so I am surprised the company doesn't help them with setting such policies. I think I know who the manager or owner is too. She's the oldest one who works there, and she is always up there so I think that is the owner. She is always very friendly, but I have heard her talk about business matters in the front of the store. If I was her, I would keep some of those problems behind closed doors. Just because there is an aisle of clothes between us, doesn't mean I can't hear her talk about her business and her employees. Very unprofessional! Overall, eventhough the store is very crowed, they have a good selection of clothes for my children and I can usually find what I am looking for. I have no room to tell someone how to run their business, but I hope this review helps one of their future customers.
