Dr Armour performed a right knee replacement 3-15-16 .He is an excellent surgeon,I would recommend him to anyone who needs a knee replacement or any other orthopedic procedure.He has an excellent bedside manor.I might add the staff at Cary Orthopedic are very professional and go out their way to be helpful.

Michelle Wheelin was the most rude person as a scheduler and business manager! Her mistake in scheduling was prompted by her telling me I was forbidden to see the doctor or be treated at Cary Orthopedic ever- because of a screw-up SHE did on my appointment.

I was a long-term patient and well-respected by the doctor. NO LONGER WILL I EVER GO BACK AND MICHELLE WHEELIN SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED BY THIS PRACTICE - I can not be the only patient that they screwed up on then BLAMED THE PATIENT AND BANNED FROM THE FACILITY - BAD BAD BAD PLACE TO GO

I found Cary Orthopedics on my health insurance's website and when I called to make the appointment I was told that their facility with in-network with my insurance. I brought my daughter in to see Dr Anderson, who was very professional & he referred us to Performance Physical Therapy, a subsidiary of Cary Orthopedics. The physical therapists were wonderful, also. The problems started when I began to receive out-of-network EOBs from my insurance company and I contacted the billing dept at Cary Orthopedics. It was so obvious that the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. WHY would they inform a patient that they are in-network & accept my co-payment, then when the EOB arrives, tell me that the doctor is in-network, but the physical therapist is not?!! This should have been made clear upfront at my initial appointment. I wish this site allowed me to give ZERO stars. Very poor communication and very bad customer service.

After jumping threw many hoops to make sure that they would get paid by my insurance company, they finally set up an appointment with me. I took time off work and drove 45 mins to their Morrisville location, filled out all the paper work, got into the patient room and changed into the gown, they came in and told me they would NOT be seeing me today because they didn't have what they needed to make sure they would get paid. WELL they had EVERYTHING they needed to get paid by my insurance company including a reference number stating it from BCBSNC! I have never had such POOR service from a health care provider just because the injury is from an accident! I am beside myself at the level of greed by this so called health care provider! I would give no stars but I doubt it'll let me!

Absolutely the worst office I've been to. They require that you be there 45 minutes before your appointment regardless of whether you have paperwork to fill out or not. Waited over an hour for a Dr. Mathur who after asking the nurses how much longer, said to us that he was STILL making rounds at the hospital. Was not even in the building an hour after we were there. Needless to say, we left with out seeing him. Working on a letter and an invoice for our time.
