After 2 weeks of negotiation and after we agree on the rental cost, he emailed us an apology that the property owner cannot put the washer/dryer and raised the rent by $50. He really put us in a very inconvenient situation and we've 2 weeks to find a home. Will update this review once we hear from him or he solves the issue.
