I have been there many times and each time it gets worse. Employees have difficulty understanding English. Not friendly at all. Today they are training a new person during lunch hour and she rings it up incorrectly because she is not trained. I have to stand there and wait while another employee is running around trying to find someone else. I ask if I need to wait and in a rough voice I get the response yes you do because she rang it up wrong. It wasn't my fault. Realize that some of us are on our lunch break and don't have extra time to wait on someone else's error. Also the prices are higher at this Subway. No one ever said sorry for your wait or apologized. Just rude. The big American girl has an attitude. I only went to this location because it is closed but I will drive further for better service. Poor management and inexperienced employees with poor service.

DO NOT EAT HERE...or at least don't use the drive thru! NEVER has this drive thru gotten my order right. Even if you pull up to the window to place your order, they refuse to write anything down and always ALWAYS leave a topping off... I gave them one last chance tonight and of course, i get home and they forgot the cheese. Their English is absolutely terrible. I've complained to the manager before and received a free sub, but the owner was rude about it and got real defensive when I stated the employees don't understand me (I was trying to make joke of my southern accent to make light of things but he sure didn't take it that way). Like I said, I gave them one last shot...I hadn't eaten from there in months and regret that I went back tonight.
