I am appalled at the ratings on other sites. The way Success for School conducts business & their customer service (especially by Elizabeth, the lady at the front desk, & the owner Jill) is atrocious and down right laughable. My child has had at least 6-8 different Tudors (when the child should only ever have 1) in the span of the year that we have been there. (I'm assuming bc of the staff turnover) The staff since they know we are leaving has become downright rude and now gives my child a new Tudor every week (which was our main problem to begin with) so now my child is having to adjust to a new Tudor every session instead of every month. Not only that, We pay by check every month, and on several occasions they have gone and debited my account without permission. We have always been paid up and paid on time. We have spent THOUSANDS of dollars at success for school and it was money wasted, you should be ashamed for the way you're ripping people off. I will never recommend any one to this place ever again.
