I went here on a Friday night wanting to get away and relax. Yet, it was the worst experience I ever recieved in customer service. I sat waiting for someone to wait on me and it did not happen yet others around me and my frined were waited upon. (of course they were white and we were black) I had to call out the waiter behind the bar counter to let her know I was ready for my order to be placed after waiting 15 minutes and her/the crew walking by a total of 15 times. The energy was aweful, the waiters were defensive once you told them what was wrong and everything else went down hill. The manager was rude and I walked out without the free food he offered disappointed after he wanted to argue about trying to appease my disgust. I will never go here again and I am writting a letter to the corporate office to file a complaint.

Very good experience always. Food is excellent. $12.99 deal is awesome. good service. Good place to celebrate a b'day along with the family.
