I was very pleased with my experience at this location. I got right in for the hearing test, but waited a little for the doctor. Once I was in to see him, he spent quite a while with me thus the wait for other people. I have never had a doctor so understanding and such a good listener. He spent whatever time I needed to answer all of my questions. I have multiple issues and he talked me through each one and diagnosed each issue. I wish he were my primary care physician.

I would highly recommend The Mann ENT Clinic. My hearing is so much better and they continue to follow up with me to make sure everything is going well. Thank you Beth!

My visits were with Dr. Spector and he recommended some tests and CT scan first before we discussed options about my ongoing sinus issues. Post-tests and scan, Dr. Spector very clearly showed me the challenges with my sinuses and we had a very helpful discussion about options. The recommendation was to have the NuVent EM Sinus Dilation done (balloon). I had traditional sinus surgery about 20 years earlier, but they had not addressed the issues.

I had the procedure done in their office in July on the 27th. The moment I woke up from the procedure, my sinus headache that I had since November 2015 was gone AND it has stayed gone. Also, after the first few days, the pressure behind my eyes that made them feel like they were going to pop out of my head was diminishing and today, 8/16, that pressure is gone too! I couldn't be happier with the results from this procedure.

Dr. Spector was friendly, thoughtful and communicated very well and I am very grateful to have followed his recommendation! The nursing and office staff were friendly and even helped me when I couldn't find my insurance card so that I could still see the doctor.

I highly recommended Dr. Spector and this procedure when indicated!

Had a very good experience with Dr. Charles Mann. Told me I had a slight deviated septum, but there was no need to operate. The staff was very friendly and I had a short wait time of ten minutes.
On another occasion I also saw Beth Mann, the audiologist, and had my hearing tested. She was great! Took plenty of time with me and fitted me with hearing aides so now I do not have to say "What?" every time my husband talks to me or have to turn the TV up as high as possible.

I would recommend Mann Ear Nose Throat very highly for their professional, friendly service.

Mann ENT has helped my family and friends for many years. I can finally breathe through my nose again.

The staff and Dr. Boone were wonderful and Mann ENT. I did not have to wait long to see Dr. Boone and I was very impressed with his knowledge and expertise.

I highly DO NOT recommend "Dr" Charles H Mann for anything. Run…..

Funny...I went in for a nose bleed issue and was given the SAME EXACT diagnosis as Blair H below. Funny, I no idea that we were related? And you know something else, the lady in the exam room next to me was given the SAME EXACT diagnosis as well. Here is how Dr. Quack...I mean Mann got to that diagnosis:



Do you eat pizza?

Me: Uh, yea?



Do you eat spaghetti?

Me: Every once in a while, sure.



Oh, then you have a problem digesting high pH foods. That's your problem. $75 please.

Dr. Mann was a total jerk. My tonsils are completely swollen and my lymph node is huge. I've had this problem for 2 months now and he completely ignored my symptoms, basically told me I needed to work out more and eat less junk foods. I have recently made a lot of healthy changes in my life so the fact this problem is getting worse makes no sense. He cut me off multiple times, he wanted my problem to fit his diagnosis. He took everything I said only chose to hear what he wanted to hear. I would NOT recommend this guy ever. Definitely getting a second opinion.

They make you wait more then an hour but you won't even get an apology, they act like it's your fault that they are late. Doctors' office visits suck! (This was Clayton office)
