Provided by YP.comI went there a few yrs ago after literally dragging myself out of bed and driving myself there while my hubby was working and the kids at school-if I wasnt so sick, I'd have waited for my hubby to take me-thats how sick I was! The staff, including the PA (I never did see a dr), were VERY rude!! I was sick as a dog, and that's how I was treated-like a dog. The PA acted as if I was wasting her time, having to take a chest ex-ray and all-you know, her JOB! It turns out, I had pneumonia. Everytime she asked a question, she acted like it was a task just to talk. I believe to this day I was judged on my appearance-messy hair, sweats and a t-shirt-I mean, really, when you're that sick, it's all you can do just to get to a dr, let alone primping for the PA (rolleyes). Luckily for my family, we no longer live in Cary, and I never, ever have to deal with those snobs again!!

Provided by YP.comBrought my 11 month old son in on March 6th.
The Staff was very pleasant, the nurses were very nice, and the doctor was thorough and cordial.
I was in and out in about 30 minutes...and it was on SATURDAY!
Its nice to finally go to a doctor's office that actually treats me as a customer. Urgent care facilities that I have gone to in the past are not usually run this well.
Thanks!

Provided by YP.comMy family has used Accent for both adult and pediatric care. Docs and staff are great. Convenient and prompt care. Clean facilities. Great for stitches as well as common illnesses.
