Great Everything!

I went to the clayton branch and after no obvious signs or knowledge of how to get to the office, I circled around hwy 70 for 2-3 times looking for their building. At this point i called my wife and she said it was in the wake building. Anyhow, my appointment was at 10:30, and I arrived at 10:39. Mind you I left work to get there and was 9 minutes late. I walked in and the senior citizen lady said bluntly, you are late and i can reschedule you, as rude as possible. So rude i thought she was joking. I laughed quietly and she went to the appointment book. I said, "Are you serious" she said, "yes, i have 3:30 or tomorrow" No one was in the office and I was the only one there. Super bad, and would not advise on going there..,Did I mention I took time off from work and my wife who works in Garner met me down there, and she went in shortly after to talk to them and the lady said the same thing, your late and i can reschedule you for later or tomorrow. Horrible.

Pros: Under 5 minute wait time on two visits, very friendly and courteous staff, clean office and easy to find location, quiet but comfortable and above all exceptional knowledge about feet! :)
