Professional, fair, and experienced.

I was there a couple months ago. Put together a nice high-end custom computer for me. He walked me through the process and explained how it works and gave me an estimate before starting. Took a couple weeks and I had a nice gaming rig. Could have had it quicker but would cost more to get some of the parts faster (understandably. that's how things work). Best computer I've ever had. I can run anything on the highest settings and have other stuff going on no problem. Doesn't miss a beat. Everything is very clean, clear, and fluid

Mr. Webb was extremely helpful with fixing my computer. He is highly knowledgeable and did quality work with making sure my computer was virus free. I would recommended him all the time, everytime.

We do a lot of adventure sports and had 1000's of pictures on our laptop computer. The computer just was not booting anymore so our first thought was getting all the pictures.

The computer guy was able to get the pictures all back! Plus the computer works well

My aging parents feel exploited by this man. My dad was suspicious when he saw the office but wanted to help my mom get her computer running again. They gave him a significant amount of money and ended up coming away with a computer that still doesn't work... He was pleasant enough to talk to but unable to give my parents the service they deserved.



There's got to be better help out there for our computers!

My son built a computer for me and it ran great for many years; but recently had a problem because I was getting a pretty slow boot up.



I called these guys who said it was probably a virus or configuration issue going on. I brought it in the next day and paid a $40 diagnostic fee. They did find a virus and were able to remove it within the $40 diagnostic fee.



We do not have a lot of income being retired and really appreciate the honesty also that they know what they are doing which helps a lot.



I would like to mention that we had previously taken it to one other shop and were told that it would be over $200 to fix the issue.



I wrote this review because I wanted to show my appreciation for a job well done.



I would highly recommend Advanced Computer Concepts to anyone that has a computer issue. Thx.
