I am from the East Coast, a Chuck Levin music shop hanger-on, so here I am in Casa Grande AZ (this is nowhere) and my Alto needed an emergency tenon cork..so, I search for the music shops in Tucson & Phoenix. But before I drive to Tucson, I thought I should stop at that little place across from Burger KingDe-No Music. I open the door and low & behold, I walk into a small (but bigger then it looks from outside) Chuck Levins (maybe that exaggerates but it was homey). Then out comes this dude who looks like Michael J Fox, who tells me he would put a new Tenon on while I wait. Huh? Then to really shock me, he tells me he can repair the broken solder weld, take out the dents from the neck, do a light/leak check, an alignment, for...I should not quote might cause a problem...but cheap. The killer to all this, it was the best tenon repair I have ever had in 30 years of playing, and I thought those neck dents were impossible to repair until he did it.

What an amazing music store! A paradise for student or professional. In the day and age when there are so few real music stores, De-No is a standout, sales and service on band instruments, orchestra instruments, electronics, guitars, sheet music. Do Not Do De-No's. Triple the cost. Took my guitar in for repair and employee says "we don't work on junk". I said "Well I bought it here!" I buy my equipment the same place DeNo's does and trust me they do triple the charges for all guitars. This business hasd been the only music store here in CG for years and they know it and abuse us because of it. I recommend going elsewhere, highly recommend this they are arrogant.
