They helped us through the whole process. They know everything about vehicles they sell. They even offered to drive to our home to help program the garage door to this car. Now that is a man who cares about his customers.

I would give this dealership a thousand star rating they are so courteous and helpful. This is the second car we have purchased from Glenn and he has a great staff. Everyone in the service department is wonderful and ready to answer any questions.

They went above and beyond to find the Fiesta for us. They did a great job having everything ready to go, when we went to pick up the Fiesta Everyone that we met while in Glen Jones were very pleasant to talk with, and we talked to almost everyone that worked in the office and the sales department. Very good ambience. No feeling of being pressured into the deal.

The whole experience was not stereotypical car buying experience. The sales person did an excellent job in answering our questions. Anything we wanted to know he had the answer to.

The sales man was very friendly and knowledgeable, exceptional to work with. Very easy to work with no pressure what so ever.

They really went out of their way to accommodate all of my needs. They went out of their way to help me find the color that I wanted. Easy financing and rebates. They kept on top and worked hard to find the right financing for us.

The person who was helping me out took the time to show me all the difference inventory they had. Which made all the difference in making my decision easier.

Everyone in the sales department was very helpful, especially the salesman. Very knowledgable about the truck we purchased. I'm very happy with they way they were able to deal with us.

The communication was great. All of the questions were answered. Ben and Vince are awesome! They will be seeing a lot more of me in the next few weeks when my order Ford Edge gets in. Bought it for the wife, she can't wait. Then will be looking forward to the great service I know I will get from the service guys when I take the two for their services when they're due.

Ms. Mashore was honest and answered my questions. Originally I was looking next door at Henry Brown, I was quoted one price then that changed. When I was asking the price of a vehicle their respons was what could I afford for a monthly payment? I'm 51 years old and I don't have the time to waste playing their games. So I left went over to Glenn Jones and I bought a care from you guys. Enough said. Sales personnel, and finance staff were great. They listened and answered my questions and left the product sell itself. Henry Brown isn't the first time I've walked out of a dealership because I couldn't get a straight answer.

I had started with Chapman Ford in Scottsdale, when they told me they had reserved the c-max from Glen Jones. When Chapman did not follow through, Kris at Glenn Jones stepped up and had everything ready for me when I came to buy the car.

When it came to buying a car we chose Jones Auto. Everyone was great, including our sales rep Vini, he knew his products and treated us great. He is a great asset to your dealership!
