Viewed 2 rental properties and they were both a complete wreck. First property in Az City disgustingly filthy. Previous tenant were clearly very careless pet owners, pieces of carpet were missing throughout the entire house. Second property again in Arizona City smelled very heavily of second hand smoke. There was no chance I would ever even think about putting my furniture in such an awful stench. Was scheduled to view 2 more properties in Casa Grande and upon arriving at the first property at the scheduled time I realized nobody was there yet, after waiting a few minutes I call their office at which time I am notified that BOTH properties that I was scheduled to view had already been rented out without any prior notice to cancel my scheduled viewing. Very inconsiderate as I rearranged my work schedule to view these properties.

Avoid them, your HOA will regret hiring them. It's sad that some company is so clueless in handling accounts. We sold our home years ago, still getting bills from the Norris folks. Apparently they simply cashed that large check to change the owners information and ran to eat. About as dumb as it gets...

I strongly suggest not using this company for your HOA needs, it seems that transfer fees are made out directly to them, not ran thru your HOA accounts, meaning there is zero accountability for what is coming in off these things.

I'm pretty sure every positive review Norris has here, was written by their staff. Hard to believe though, with the level of commitment they have for their reputation, I'd think that doing nothing would be a better strategy.

At every turn, every interaction I've had with this outfit has been sour. It's just very hard to understand how a company can seem to make a conscious decision to alienate their customers and expect to thrive.

As an investor owner or realtor, please do not drag your name through the mud with these jokers.

what can i say this company is pretty darn good you all .. i am a renter always have been and norris gave me all my security deposit back. they just told me today!!!! I am so excited right before christmas and i get all my sec dep back!!!! this is the 1st time ever i have gotten all my deposit back!!!

Moved from out of town trusted they would have home clean and ready to move into. It was dirty had roaches. Sewer backing up into house bathtubs told me I would have to pay. Carpets dirty told me I would have to pay to have them cleaned. I also would have to pay to clean carpets upon moving out. Dishwasher not bolted to counter. So much more.

Our family found a home to rent with Norris management. The day I went to their oddly located office to sign papers. It was brought to my attention that I would be responsible for paying the HOA fees. As a renter this raises a red flag. Renters don't pay HOA fees. It is the home owners responsibility to pay these fees as it is in their contract when purchasing the home. Needles to say, I did not rent the home. It's been 2 months since this had happened and the house is still for rent. Hmmm maybe because no renter is willing to pay the HOA fees. BEWARE of this company.

Scott in maintenance rocks. he is pretty cute too. He has been growing out his hair it seems and looks way hot!! Ok LOL i know this is not supposed to be a dating site ha ha .. but i just waned to say Norris Mgmt and Scott were absolutely amazing to work with. Hubba Hubba

GREAT COMPANY AND PEOPLE TO WORK WITH IN A SMALL TOWN. EVERYONE AT NORRIS WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY FOR ME. NORRIS IS REALLY GREAT ABOUT WORKING WITH MY TRIBE AS WELL. I FELL ON HARD TIMES AND NORRIS WAS THE ONLY COMPANY THAT WOULD TAKE THE TIME AND LISTEN AND WORK WITH ME TO GET ME MOVED IN THE PLACE. MY NEW PLACE IS AMAZING. I ONLY PAY $350 A MONTH BUT IT IS SO CLEAN AND EVERYTHING WORKS. MY LAST PLACE COST $450 (NOT WITH NORRIS) AND THERE WERE REOACHES AND ALL SORTS OF BAD STUFF. I WOULD SAY USE NORRIS AND GIVE THEM HIGH MARKS. SO MANY COMPANIES SCOFF AT LOW INCOME PEOPLE. TREAT THEM LIKE CRAP. NORRIS HAS ALWAYS TREATED ME WITH DIGNITY. USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Norris Management has been great to me and my daughter. They were recommended by a good friend who had used Norris several years ago and had had a great experience. So I decided to use them and they were absolutely awesome. Me ex was abusive and I needed a place right away. Norris had plenty of rentals to choose from and were willing to work with me on the move in costs. Overall it was a really great and refreshing experience. When I moved out I got a full refund of my security deposit too for leaving the place in excellent shape. That is why I am posting, great companies like this should get credit. God Bless

Norris Mgmt asks for a receipt because you must have your carpets proffesionaly cleaned when you move out, I gave the man who came and took pics of the house, then i get a deduction on my deposit because they say they never got a receipt. The ladies in the front office are very rude! I had one of their maintanance men just walk into my home after me having to call them repeatedly for 3 weeks to fix a leaking sink, no warning, no phone call, nothing just walked right in and yelled "Norris Mgmt" i call to complain and they make it sound like im ridiculous for being upset about the situation. Just all around horrible service.

Stellar service for sure. Dana has been really really really helpful. She always takes the time to either answer my question or make sure I get to the right person to answer it. I have been doing business with Norris Management for almost 7 years as an out of state owner. Norris has been a God send. Keep it up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Norris gave me an estimate of $1200 to clean my house and get it ready to rent. Now they want another $2,000+ for cleaning, trash removal, etc. Avoid them, they are scammers. They do not give any receipts other than for their cleaners, which are receipts they make up.

Hiring Norris Property turned out to be a big mistake. I contacted them and signed a contract with them in September, a couple weeks before my tenant was scheduled to move out. Well my house has been vacant now for 4 months and I have paid Norris over$1,200 for "cleaning" and "prepping". There website was down for over a month so houses were not listed. They have a new website and my house isn't even listed on it! Very unprofessional. They have no interest in renting properties as they scam more money when it is vacant.

Norris Management is an awesome company top to bottom. I am an owner and they have handled my affairs for several years now. Rarely do I write reviews but they just have helped so much with keeping me afloat these last few years I wanted to get online and say something nice. I thought this would be a good start. I have also told a couple of friends about them and they have signed up and had great experiences as well.

Norris Mmgt Rocks!! they got me into a place the next day.. Don was great.. hol staff was great!

Norris Management has always treated me fair. I have rented from them for over 2 years and both the office staff and guys that come out to do repairs are great. Ben is especially good. If you need repairs ask for him.
