sold me ineffective medication for k9 worms because they couldn't find the correct one, then happily billed me for the correct medication when they did get it, quoted wrong price for a procedure, then said 2x the quote at appt time, agreed but changed mind, they said nothing had been done yet so come pick the dog up. then they tried to bill me for lab work, I refused, they insisted, then said they were worried about my dog because he had worms, (that they had already been over paid to remedy) tells me he needed 2 shots but they "dropped the ball" This was months before BTW. then i hear my dog yelping and crying as a procedure door gets slammed and locked, and a police officer arrives to "get me to pay" The officer ultimately told them give me my dog and go to court over the bill if they needed. see my 1st FB page for more detail
