Be very careful if you are considering renting here. The Agent told me that they did not have a unit in my price range but if I'd rent at a higher price, I'd be put on the "short" list to get in quicker. I was told it could be a year or so, but was led to believe it probably would only be a matter of months. I later met people who have been waiting over 2 years. I saw an extremely high turnover rate during my year living there. Recent one was out after only 2 months! What they DON'T tell you is that there are a very limited amount of low income units per income bracket. So that means there are perhaps 40 or 50 units out of 132 that are based on income. I sold my home, made a major expensive move from out of state based on what I thought was going to be the place I would stay until I died, and then found myself forced to move in a year because I was running out of money!
