I tried out of couple of dentists before landing at 2nd Street Dental. It's such a great and professional experience at every appointment. The entire staff is consistently positive, friendly, professional, and reliable. Worth every penny.

They are so nice and fast with scheduling and amazing with my kids and the work on my teeth that has been done has been great, I highly recommend this dental place to everyone.

When I go to 2nd street dentists I know I will be taken care of by the team that is there. Everyone of the team makes make it so you feel like you are at home. Dr. H. helped you to understand what she and her team are doing with your teeth at all times you are there. The office is a family friendly place as well.

Our daughter has been deathly scared of dentists due to her previous experience with one that just needs to retire! We were recommended by our dentist to take her to Dr. Hefele in casper to give her a try! Well my daughter was scared at first when she went back for her examine and Dr.Hefele made her feel so welcome and secure! Just talking to her and explaining what all the tools were used for she got warmed up to the staff! When she came back to get her teeth done she was ready and willing to come back over and over again until she was done with all her appts! This office is the best thing that could ever happen for kids! Dr.Hefele,Ty and staff were very professional and friendly and make you feel at home! After all of the wonderful reviews I was so disappointed in my appointment this month. Not only is their up front policy absolutely rediculous, (that I was not informed of when booking my appointment) but I was very disappointed in the staff. The ladies at the desk were wonderful but the staff that were working with me what a joke. You should not be talking about all your personal vacations in front of patients and your personal life. It gives bad impressions that you are after the money and talking about your (very very) personal life is not exactly appropriate. The dentist came off EXTREMELY snotty and got a good impression she looks down on everyone. The assistants did not come off educated, at all! Quite nerve wrecking actually. Clean office- horrible staff. I won't be returning!

I am new to 2nd Street Dentist and I am so excited I found them! Dr. Miranda and her staff are very gentle, kind and helpful! They explain everything that they are doing and make sure you feel comfortable. Overall, I would recommend them to anyone!

I would highly recommend 2nd Street Dental to anyone. They have a wonderful staff and always so friendly to everyone as they come through the door. Dr Miranda Haefele is so gentle and thorough with all the procedures I have had done which includes extracting a tooth, bridge work, and fillings. She always explains what she will be doing before she starts the procedure and what is involved. You will love having your teeth cleaned every six months by Mona. She is so pleasant and extremely gentle when cleaning teeth.

Very clean office, extremely friendly staff. Everyone is courteous and caring. We have been very happy with the entire place. Would highly recommend to anyone.

My family had been looking for a kid friendly dentist for almost a year, we heard about 2nd street dental taking new patients and i am so glad we found a dentist that my kids love going to ! The staff is wonderful, it is a very clean and professional office they communicate wonderfully. I recommend anyone that is terrified of dentists to give 2nd street a chance you wont regret it .

Dr. Haefele and her staff have by far the best dental office that our family has ever been to. They are very polite in dealing with their customers and always go out of their way to accommodate when dealing with billing and billing questions. Dr Haefele is a very gentle dentist and always takes the time to thoroughly explain all procedures and she is amazing with children! I would recommend them to anyone!

2nd Street Dental is by far the best, friendliest and one of the most professional dental offices I've been to in quite sometime! Dr. Miranda and her staff are exceptional... while they are professional they still make you feel like family! We moved to Casper a few months ago and were nervous about finding the right dentist for our family. After having a less than desirable experience at another local dentist, we decided to try 2nd Street Dental. I am so grateful we found them!! Dr. Miranda is very sweet and gentle, but also very knowledgeable and thorough! Her staff is equally wonderful! The dental hygienist, Mona, gave me the most meticulous teeth cleaning I have ever had. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Oh, and did I mention, they have massaging chairs? What a nice touch!

Dr. Miranda and her staff provided me with a comfortable and pleasant trip to the dentist. This is important to me because I have had bad luck with dental experiences in the past. They were upfront about their payment policy and my treatment plan so there wasn't any surprises at the end of my visit. I would highly recommend 2nd Street Dental to anyone and I will be returning for my regular checkups and cleanings.

I went to 2nd street dental and had a great experience. I recommend this place because of the atmosphere and the warm welcome when you go through the door.
