My doctor sent the request to Aprea and two days later they called and said the CPAP machine would be dropped shipped to my house and I would receive it in a week. Two week went by and nothing. I called and a man with a heavy Indian accent said he could look up my account. After a few minutes it was obvious he couldn't find it, put me on hold then another man with a heavy accent said he would need all my I formation. I told him no thank you, hung up and called my doctor and had her send the request to another company. Would not recommend this company due to incompetence.
