Excellent service, quality builder. They just built my home and I am very happy with the work. I viewed the home multiple times during the build and felt good with the work and the product. This was not my first home, so I knew what to look for in the build process. 5 stars for Ashby.

I consider myself an accomplished 26 year old moving to Casper for a job & then being able to buy myself a brand new house last year. However, I now regret buying a new home built by Ashby construction of Casper, Wyoming. This is because my experience with Ashby construction has been nothing short of an absolute nightmare. I documented several issues in the house over the year (and within my warranty period) that needed attention or to be replaced and were the responsibility of Ashby construction to take care of. I've now been formerly asking Ashby construction since November (it is now the end of January) to come in and fix a few things and, when they respond, I'm told "it will get done this week or this day" only to have no one show up and nothing fixed. I've called David, the owner, several times who has never responded or called me back. I feel that I have held a high bar and continued to give Ashby numerous opportunities to respond. Ashby construction has been nothing but unprofessional. I would never recommend working with or buying a house from Ashby construction to anyone. As a customer, it's very disappointing to see a business act so unprofessionally and treat their customers & homes in such a poor manner.
