Telling someone to avoid this rental agency doesn't even nick the surface of how I feel about this business. Even calling them a business disgusts me. After I moved in the previous tenant knocked on my door and told me about the water damage which led to mold then finally hospitalization for two days. I invited this mid-30 year old adult inside and he insisted he'd rather conversate outside. He said after he moved in things began falling apart immediately including light fixtures, facets, door handles and countertops. Yes, the countertop was loose when I moved in. He suggest to be very critical when filling out paperwork they include in your lease. So I was and when I did move out and very little had been done to remedy any of the problems I stated in this paperwork; they said I never turned in the paper on time and I was responsible for all damages. So I let them go forward with listing all the problems and billing me. After receiving this $2200 dollar bill I went down there with the paperwork which was signed by the landlord & myself dated two days after I signed the lease. And they asked where did I get this from and I said your copy machine after your office manager copied the original. Then they wanted to know why I withheld it and I said because I didn't want you to lose it. They didn't like that at all and still insisted I pay half the bill. Luckily a friend of mine who happens to be a lawyer made a call on my behalf and to my surprise they shut up about it. Then came my security deposit. After receiving a 67 dollar check in the mail to cover what damaged items weren't on my disclosure paperwork I went to the office for an explanation and an itemized list of repairs I was responsible for. I waited in there office over two hours only to be handed a check for the remaining balance of my deposit minus the ~$80 dollars for minor repairs. I was satisfied with that but everything else was an awful experience. Another experience I'd like to mention about there handy man who wasn't very handy at all. After returning home from work on a late weekend night I couldn't find my keys so I called the number I was given and she said he'll be right over. After waiting for 3 hours I taped a letter to the door, went to Home Depot, bought a new lock set, drill, and drill bits. Then proceeded to drill the lock, replace it with the new one, showered, ate dinner and then minutes before I was going to bed the doorbell rang. I answered it only to see an overweight gentleman smelling of booze, leaning on the wall, smiling and he could only say, I see you got in, good. Next time you should call the office after you find your keys so I don't have to come over for nothing. And I handed over the new key set and told him I already replaced it cause I waited for so many hours. Only thing he said was "oh well, I've been pretty busy lately." Busy doing what? Needless to say, avoid these rude people, you'll be better off living on the streets.

I lived in a house on swanton ave the roof leaked very bad I called and called and finally got mold all in the house I called again and about 3 week's later the handy man showed up and all he did was cut a hole in the sheetrock and sprayed some mildew stuff for your shower and I called them back and told them it wasn't fixed and that my son already had breathing problems and had to take breathing treatments and it still didn't get fixed so I moved out to save my son from diein the they said I still owed them and put in in my credit report so my advice is do not use this company

Please look elsewhere for a place to rent from. What these people lack in professionalism and courtesy they make up for in extortion and vile hatred of the people they serve.



Their repair people excel in rigging up the cheapest fix that will hold for a week and then again put your family at risk. If you call them with serious water leakage and mold concerns you are told someone will be out. When they finally do grace you with their presence they say there is nothing they can do and you and your family can just deal with it.



Their office staff speak to you with contempt and ooze disdain which is impressive through a telephone. When you inform them that they are being impolite they will hang up on you.



This companies address should be relocated to Dante s Inferno 4th Circle.

Stay away from Casper Rental Agency!!! They are very unprofessional, dishonest, and just MEAN!!! We lived in one of their homes for over two years, and the basement kept flooding and mold growing everywhere, and I had a son who had to live down there. They had no concern about the health problems that were happening to him. They always had excuses, but never fixed the problem. They just wanted our rent check each month, and to leave them alone. If possible they would get zero stars from my family after what they put us through. I feel sorry for whoever is living in our former house now. CASPER RENTAL AGENCY, YOU SUCK!!!!!

Casper Rental Agency is very dishonest. It appears that they have a long history of trying to squeeze extra money out of tenants. In addition, the staffat this rental agency are extremely rude and discurteous. Avoid if at all possible. I would give them a rating of less than one star.

These people were EXTREMELY unprofessional! We are transferring from across the country for a job and was referred to them to find a home in the Casper area. The places they showed us were disgusting and were charging ridiculous rent for shacks. Please do not use this business. They are aware that the housing market in Casper is competitive and are only in the business to take advantage of people.

If you have options to rent a property from someone else, you should seriously take it into consideration and save yourself a big headache and lots of money. This agency will not let you forget their main purpose of taking as much money from you as possible by law with their draconian lease terms every chance they get. The rental unit you choose will be surveyed inside and out on a regular basis while you live there without your knowledge or consent. If you're comfortable with this, or decide they are your only option then very carefully read and reread their leasing contract. Even if rules and fees don't seem to apply to you at the moment, keep in mind they could at some point in the future and punishment will be swift and very expensive for even the slightest deviation of their policy. Hundreds of dollars will be lost for things you do that don't seem to be wrong at all. If I could only go back in time and give my money to a move deserving company...

The places are disgusting, they dont keep any of the facilities clean, the coin-op laundry is expensive and the appliances are in poor condition. It's infested with bugs, and the electrical systems are bad. They promise you that someone will come to clean it, but no one ever does. They tell you they'll give you a discount on rent in exchange for cleaning it yourself... it costs more for cleaning supplies than the "discount" they give you. Not a good place. Wouldn't suggest it for anyone. In fact, I wouldn't even give it one star, but it was a "*required field".

Casper Rental Agency stole over half of my deposit. When I rented an apartment from them on January 2 2009, I was warned by the woman that showed me the apartment that thay always keep at least part of the deposit. She was right.Thay lied and said I left the apt. dirty.broke an outside light fixture and broke a window blind. Before I moved in I had to clean the whole apt, The place was filthy. The outside light fixture was already broken, and so was the blind.They said I did not fill out an inspection form after move in. which I did. I have a copy they have not seen yet. I plan to sue them in small clains court soon. Of the 825.00 deposit, they are trying to steal 490.00 . This business is a ripoff and a scam. DO NOT RENT FROM CASPER RENTAL AGENCY!
