Im getting a notice from a collection agency from these people and for services I never had them perform. Seems to me if this debt was even real they would have contacted me first. their admission to false billing is hiding behind a collection agency

I recently called two differant plumbers to get a quote on a water heater, CK and Davidson. WOW, CK wanted twice what davidson wanted for a water heater, Ive talked to friends who made the mistake of calling CK to do some plumbing and there so called plumber was more interested in selling them a family plan and extra work not needed than to fix what they were called for.In short stay away from CK Mechanical and stick with the best Davidson

So because they called another plumber and was waiting on them for two hours this became Davidson's problem? Remember the old saying ; lack of planning on your part does not constitute a emergency on there's

First impression is a real b!tch! 1st person I talked with was nice and professional, then I talked with the plumber who asked me a little bit about what was going on, then said, "well, it's now on overtime and 120$/hr" well that's fine, but I was at a loss, had been waiting for another plumber for 2 hours since I had first contacted them. Probably could've been explained a little different. Hope you know when you get bad service you tell 10 people or however the saying goes.

My 83 year old mother(widow and on a fixed income)was worried about her waterheater and had been getting up in the middle of the night to check on it to make sure it was working and not leaking. She called Davidson Mechanical to have it replaced because Davidson installed her current waterheater. Davidson spoke with her and assured her that the heater was fine and still under warranty. I would like to thank Davidson for their honesty,professionalism, integrity and quality of workmanship!
