Right now their card reading is denying random debit and credit cards. They have an ATM that you can use, but it has a $3.00 fee plus any fees your bank charges for using an out of network ATM. I talked with the manager about any refunds and she basically told me I was S.O.L. She was extremely rude and curt, almost blaming me for even having the audacity to ask. This is not how you maintain a customer base. If she would have offered to refund the 3 dollars right there I would have been a customer for life. This would have been a rave review instead of scathing.



There is a reason this location is almost always empty whereas the Loaf and Jug next door is consistently packed. Go next door and save yourself the hassle of dealing with their broken card reader and rude management.
