I wish I could put no stars! I bought a dress for a cruise I was going to go on in January. Due to some personal reasons, I no longer needed the dress. I went in to return the dress and was told that I could use my $178.00 for in-store credit. I would never use in-store credit. I just wanted the money returned to my credit card. After speaking to two different women who insisted that "that was their policy", they decided it was time to speak to me like I was not on their level. I was told that on the purchase agreement it clearly stated that returns would be given store credit. Yes, the purchase agreement does say that. However, I was never asked to fill one out or sign one. The return policy is not on the website, receipt or posted anywhere in the store. I was told that "Albertson's doesn't require everyone to fill out a purchase form.... We are as busy as they are." WHAT are you crazy???? The women in the store gave me a phone number for the owner. Turns out the number was for another store. Not the owners number. The lady on the phone, at the other store, gave me the owners cell phone number. I was told by the women in the Casper store that the owner could not be reached because she was skiing in Montana. Well, I called her anyway. Amazingly enough , she answered the phone. Deb, the owner, was extremely professional and nice. She asked if the dress had been worn. I told her it never even left the bag that it was put in when I bought it. She then asked to speak to the rude women in the store. Interestingly, they were then able to give me a full refund! They were so unprofessional and rude. DO NOT SHOP THERE!!!
