Terrible place. Had 23 teeth extracted for dentures. No alveoplasty (bone filing) and no stitches. 3 months of pain and costed me $1500 more to get it fixed. The dentist that did fix it could not believe the botched job they did and the assistant said that the softline that they put in the denture was hideous. Do not go here for dentures. They do not know what they are doing and you will definitely be sorry later.

I'm not sure who wrote the other posts, but I question they were patents. Overpriced, staff turnover, incompetence in billing department. And the list goes on. What dentist would send you home with a broken bridge and says use superglue? I wish I would have read reviews on yelp before going here. Find a different dental group.

The people at Hilltop Family Dental are all very good when it comes to being attentive as well as time management. I would never choose to go to any other dentistry.

Scheduling my appointments at Hilltop Family Dental is such an easy process. They pretty much get me in whenever is a good time and day for me. I couldn't ask for any better.

I called to discuss a bill I had received that was 400% larger than the quote I received. The manager was rude and condescending, interrupting me repeatedly to tell me that this was my problem and not hers.

My two daughters, my husband and I all need work done (cavities filled etc.) We were told that we would have to spend about $200 out of pocket and our insurance would cover the rest. When it was time to pay they told me our total bill was @ $700! I was flabbergasted! When I questioned them and showed them the estimation that THEY had given me, they got upset at me, telling me that it was just an estimate. If I would have known that their estimation would have been that FAR off, I would have gone somewhere else! Needless to say I will NEVER go back there!!!

I went in to confront her with the bill, No Compassion, they don't care about hard working middle class folks, let alone their children.

My wife had a checkup/cleaning a few months back. We were charged for a "dental visit" and never actually saw the dentist. Apparently he had already clocked out for the day. There are many other dentists in town, who offer their patients thorough and competent care, we have since switched. The atmosphere at hilltop seems to say "push em through and bill em!"

My husband went to this clinic for some dental work, most of the staff at the front is freindly and helpful yet having trouble with accent and that is totally very normal for a small town with no diversity.Upon completion of service, my husband and I had couple of question for Dr Doing treated Us like we have right of asking any particular question, " take what you got and be happy with it" attitude. You would think someone with an education would be more open mind a little bigger then where he come from and or lived...there is a bigger world out there.Apparently you have to be from Wyoming to be allowed to ask question about service that you are paying for in CASH, having a european accent is not acceptable and you get what you get and you should be happy for. HOW SAD IS THAT....You need to accept people for who they are without expecting them to conform to your expectation.
