I have purchased several appliances from Letz's. I have been using them since the earlier 1990's. They are a great company with great customer service. I would recommend them for any appliance needs.

An elderly friend ask if I could be there when Letz's showed up to work on her 20 year old built-in ovens. They took less than an hour and there have been no problems since. they put booties on at the door and left no no mess.

I had a repair on my washer that is located upstairs. I paid him and later my husband came and told me the carpet upstairs was soaked. I went upstairs and the workman left a mess. Grease on the carpet and he didn't replace the bifold door he removed and the carpet was wet. The drain pan my washer had standing water in it. He did tell me there was a little water in the drain pan. Didn't expect the grease and ground in dirt on my carpet or a mess. Why didn't he put down a tarp before he removed the washer? Wouldn't recommend.

My Kenmore washer was having a draining issue. I called Letz's because Sears always takes forever to schedule service. They were able to get me scheduled the very same day that I called. The service tech was right on time for the appt., worked quickly and even took the time to show me some basic maintenance that the owner's manual doesn't include. All for a very fair price! I will definitely be calling Letz's next time I need an appliance repaired!
