I ordered the decorative Christmas tree. It was a disappointment, but the manager has stepped up and wants to make it right. I will consider buying from them again.

I ordered:This decorative Christmas “tree” is a study in luxury! Created with fresh white blossoms and evergreen branches – plus a gleaming array of golden ornaments, gold-sprayed leaves and pinecones and a sheer golden ribbonThey sent an ugly thing with no ornaments. It was nothing like what was advertised. I paid a lot of money for something that was not at all worth it.

My Fiance bought me a bouquet of lavender roses for mothers day. When they arrived at my door on Friday half of them were wilted. They looked so bad by Sunday that I had to throw them away. I know that he spent well over $100 for them and I am very disappointed in the quality. If I ever need flowers for any occasion I will look elsewhere.

I saw 2 different dozen roses that came out of here over Valentines day that didnt last more than 2 days. I believe that for the amount that was paid they should last a little longer than 2 days.

We at Nate's Flowers guarantee our product and employ the best designers in Casper, as well as Wyoming, and do apologize if you had an unpleasurable experience with us. We always will make a situation you may not be happy with into a good situation, however; we cannot do this if you don't let us know there is a problem. Customers, like your husband pay good money for our product and our service so we need to know if ever there is a problem. Again, we do apologize for your disappointment in us. My husband ordered flowers for me for my birthday and had them sent to my work. They looked like someone just stuck a bunch of crappy flowers in a vase, they were not designed at all and I was very unhappy. I love my husband and did not tell him about this because he would be hurt. I thought I should warn everyone else!!

I have ordered flowers for several occasions from Nates flowers and they are always going above and beyond. they have the best designers and always do my special custom request. Nates always has beautiful and fresh flowers and the large selection of unusual and exotic flowers are out of this world! Why would anyone ever think about going anywhere else?
