i lived in riverside for two years, it was a decent place to live, but the owners can b jerks about pets and not specific in there lease and does favortism on the tenants. i got evicted for my companion dog and had two weeks to move out. (BTW) we have three kids. the same day she gave me an evition notice for non payment of rent after she refused it and was kicking me out for my dog, my 6 year old cat just disapeered one day!!! (hes never been gone more than a day)steve (one of the owners) is known for TRAPPING AND KILLING the cats in that park. when i comfronted him he stepped up in my face like he wanted to fight me man to man (im a 28 year old mom) if you dont have pets this is a decent place to live. but they are cruel to pets and are LIARS.
