Provided by YP.comI purchased a vehicle and within one week the engine started knocking, I took it into the dodge dealership who informed me that an additive was put into the oil to cover up the problem, when the dealership drained the additive the knocking was 100 times worse, I was informed the damage was so extensive I needed a new engine. Wyoming auto group refuses to refund any of my money even though I only had the car a few weeks. Also, I was told it would bin my best interest to purchase their extended warranty which I did, the warranty covers none of these repairs. I would sum this up as me getting screwed! If you want to be treated fair don't go to Wyoming auto group...lesson learned.
Our business strives to achieve high customer satisfaction. Our motto is to "do the right thing". I am sorry we were not able to resolve this issue to this customers satisfaction. We had offered to pay for up to $2850 (replacement cost for an entire motor) toward a repair for this customer, and this was not acceptable to them. The cause of this engine failure is questionable, and possibly caused by hard use.(this is why the service contract won't cover the repair) Even so, we went the extra mile to try to please the customer. We had worked out a solutuion to repair this vehicle, I really don't know why they didn't take us up on it.Unfortunately, cars sometimes break down, we always try to help in these situations. 99% of our customers are very satisified, I wish this customer was also. We go to great lengths to inspect our vehicles and never shortcut a repair.
