In 2013 this company sold me an air handler and 4 ton SEER unit made by Goodman that has been having legal issues since 2008 due to defective parts that cause other parts to go bad. They did not disclose this and while still under warranty I have spent close to $1200 on repairs. Now that the warranty has run out and the obviously defective unit has not been replaced, there is no telling how much money I will be out from now on. DO NOT purchase anything from this company without doing your own due diligence in researching. They lied about the quality of the product and charged me every visit (except the last one when it was obvious I had had enough!! Of course that doesn't help me going forward....still have a defective equipment and now it isn't even under warranty anymore. Regardless, this equipment is supposed to be brand new (cost of $3800) and should not be constantly breaking down. Not helpful, very unethical.
