I have been seeing Dr. Jones since 2007 (& via conference calls since 2011). She is an excellent health-care provider; she maintains meticulous notes, & is an authority on prescribing the best type of medications based on my current RX list & potential detrimental drug-interactions. Dr. Jones has been instrumental in mitigating my insomnia (for instance, she's willing to write a 7-day prescription to see if a drug works or not). She is, of course, only as good as you are willing to confide in her; after nine years, I will see/call no one else but her. Note - Dr. Jones' office was indeed in a state of perpetual flux back in 2009-2010; she also lacked sufficient staff in 2014. However, her office has had a full compliment of staff for some time now, & my messages are immediately forwarded to her. Dr. Jones' employees are extremely professional & always-helpful; it's been years since I had to call the office twice about an issue. So I'm very pleased w/ both doctor & staff.

Dr. Jones has a policy that she requires patients to come on a monthly basis in order to sync prescriptions. However, I thought the care was supposed to be in the best interest of the patient’s health, yet she would allow the to go without their medications for weeks until their next appointment.



For the first appointment I had to wait over 2 and 1/2 hours to be seen. For the second appointment they did not even have us on the schedule. I showed them the appointment card they gave me and receptionist [who made the appointment] had no idea how that happened. She said we could still see the counselor b/c she did not have any patients scheduled at that time. After waiting for 30 minutes we were told that the counselor never opened her door for them to tell her that we were there, so they asked us to reschedule. The soonest that we could get in was over 2 weeks later. On a good note – our counselor, Jodi Miller was awesome!
