Better than melting pot. & good, fresh food

My wife and I dined here last night (June 18, 2008). Despite this restaurant being in yet one more "meh" Casselberry strip mall...as you enter you do get the feel you are stepping into a Colorado lodge. Nice ambiance. They have a pretty cool looking bar with some unique brews on tap.

The food was pretty good...though you basically cook it yourself. They do have fondue but also they give you a flat stone that is 700 degrees. You use this to cook your meat on which is pretty cool. The ambiance was nice, food was fresh, the service was ok, we cooked our own food and the prices were alright. I would say this is a step above melting pot. I would eat here again. I give it a 3.5 but ranking only allows a 3.
