Avoid this company like the plague. If I could give a minus 1000 rating I would. They, particularly their service manager, couldn't care less about 'customer' or 'service'.

Caution!!! Caution!!! They could never fix my AC unit. Came multiple times change compressor 3 times and still went bad. You must stay around and watch what they are doing. They charge you to recover the refrigerant from the unit and what they do is stick the hose under the toolbox or the ground and dispose of it in the air. I would love for the EPA be around when they are doing this. Then you get stuck with a recovery fee that never happen. Finally called an honest person, they cleaned the lines due to contamination replaced a few things and my unit is still working.

Absolutely the worst customer service. My home warranty company sent this company out to replace my water heater, kitchen faucet, and shower faucet. Took a couple days to get them out to see what parts were needed and another week and a half to finally come out to install the parts. The water heater went well, but they brought a bad new kitchen faucet and didn't notice until after they had ripped out my old one that was working but just leaked. So after a week and a half with no hot water now I have no kitchen sink. They told me they would be back same day but never showed back up. The shower faucet wasn't replaced either because the guy said he left his tool at another customers. Office manager wouldn't even listen to my concerns. This company is a joke! Stay away and add them to your do not use list if you use a home warranty company.

Submitted workorder w/ my warranty co, and got a quick response from Gembecki Plumbing. Tech came out and fixed my issue in no time! I have never had a problem with Gembecki Plumbing OR Gembecki Mech. Recommendation all the way!

Gembecki plumbing came to my home and left permanent scratches all inside my toilet bowl. They sent someone to check the scratches and the man took pictures of all the scratches and said they could not come off. I called Gembecki back and they used all kind of excuses not to replace my toilet. If you want a company to care about their customers please remember Gembecki is NOT the company to call.

Water was leaking from my drier in my new house and leaking into my wood floors. I called Gembecki Plumbing and the technician came out about 2 hours later. He was very professional and fixed my leak immediately. He even gave me tips for the garbage disposal I had been having problems with. Great job!

Technician arrived on time. Repaired my water leak behind the wall in my bathroom. Great service, good prices. I would definitely recommend them!

The Service was awesome. They are very customer service orientated. I would recommend these guys to any one.
