Jeff is a low life trashy person who cursed us out and does not want to do his job. A background check should be required for this company. And a trashy female Dolores starts yelling when you call

I contacted this company about an AC unit that they had installed and that they have been coming out on for four years and not fixing properly. However, this is not what upset me. I have a tenant in the home and she had no AC. I called and they never called back. I had to call them twice more after giving them over 24 hours for a call back. This is also not much of a complaint. However, the secretary contacted me and insulted me, telling me that I do not take good care of my unit, interrupting me, and treating me as if I was incapable of genuine respect. I called the owner to let him know the situation and he told me "Listen to me" in a very loud voice. "You are not the only one with an AC issue!" I told him that was very unacceptable customer service, and he hung up on me.
