They are terrible to deal with. I have intermittent AC problems all summer. Every time I call it's a week to get service. I have been without AC for over 4 weeks this summer. It still isn't fixed. I have to make multiple phone calls each time to get any action. Do NOT rent from these people. In my opinion they are the worst.
