The Pros: a quiet, safe place; some landscaping; nice clubhouse, perfect for small to medium gatherings; pet-friendly and they have a few "poop" dispensing bags for the pet owner's convenience; sufficient parking for owners and guests. Cons: some rules seem nonsensical and make owners seem more like renters (no one was allowed to protect their windows in any way in preparation for the hurricanes resulting in unnecessary difficulties and damages); owners cannot dig and plant in their own front yards, mulch is not allowed only red stones - considering the rule against hurricane protection I don't think stones are a very good idea; landscaping service is sloppy with the trimming of the bushes, pickup of the cut branches and care of diseased trees - a rushed job; condos have a bare, drab look, could benefit from a good paint job in more cheerful, modern colors (I suppose owners could handle that if it they were allowed to even if we are talking about a set of pre-approved colors they could choose from); the complex has a small gazebo which was probably a lovely spot at one time but it is in disrepair right now; the Association fee is much higher than what I pay for my much newer home in one of Oviedo's well-serviced subdivisions. So, those are the pros and cons I have observed. I suppose each person needs to decide how much individual ownership they desire to have of the place they have purchased and how much importance they give to the attractiveness of their surroundings.

Diana the manager is a incompetent human. She ran our background and found information to our knowledge was not accurate when pushed to see who she ran our background thru she states it was none of my business and proceeded to scream at me at the top of her lungs. Very unprofessional and quite disturbing. She doesn't like to return calls I would advise not living there.
