In the past 25 years I have used VEC on more than a dozen occasions for pet medical emergencies, some very serious. VEC is staffed by a rotating group of local Vets who take turns working after hours and weekends. Once I was even seen by my own veterinarian! On every visit, everyone at VEC has been highly professional and compassionate. Your pet (and you) will receive the best care available from the best doctors. While the ER care is not inexpensive and they are located almost 30 minutes from where I live, when my beloved pet's life is at risk I want the best. They saved my dog's life (more than once) and quickly diagnosed two of my cats very serious illnesses. The staff were so incredibly kind to us at the most difficult time. Talk to your vet, he/ she will recommend VEC too. If you find anything equal to VEC, please let me know, that long drive is the only reason I would ever look elsewhere.
