Our Mission is to provide compassionate healthcare to people in our communities. Cassopolis Family Clinic Network, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, was designated as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in 2007. Governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, no less than 51% of the board members must be users of CFCN services. This assures that services are responsive to the needs of the community.
