Never again! I just went to this place for the last time. Too bad because it's less than a mile from my house. They don't respect your time and the dentist is RUDE. The last time went their I was was quoted 1.5 hours and I walked out 3 hours later. Today I went in and got X-rays. I then sat for 15 minutes waiting for the dentist, Dr. Boghosian. She approaches me and said my X-rays looked good. After that, everything went downhill. I tried explain that a crown that the other dentist did a few months back was still bothering me. With ATTITUDE, she said I'd have to come back another day because because she didn't do the work. OK, I' good with that but I'm moving to Portland tomorrow. So now what? Go to another dentist and start all over? I tried to explain how my experience last time was not good and she cut me off mid sentence and again with an arrogant ATTITUDE, said you need to talk to the office manager. So instead of listening to me, she proceeds, with ATTITUDE, that she has never heard anything bad about the other dentist. I told her there was still cement on the side of the crown and she corrects me and says it's not cement, but some other name. REALLY? A dentist is going to argue and have a serious attitude with me? I was OUTRAGED that a place like this can have such poor customer service skills. The office manager was great. She listened to my concerns, apologized for my bad experience, and said she would let the owner now. That's how things should be handled. I will never go there though because of the lack professionalism by Boghosian. She has zero customer service skills. UGH!

Good service but very expensive compared took other local dental offices.
